Area Manager – South West

What You’ll Do:

• Managing and developing teams of SIA Door Supervisors across multiple South West locations
• Owning client relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Supporting growth across the region and helping develop new business opportunities
• Overseeing compliance, vetting, payroll coordination and operational standards (with head office support)
• Being visible in the field, supporting teams on the ground and dealing with issues decisively
• Managing rotas, coverage, performance and standards across your area

Who We’re Looking For:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
• Proven experience in security management or multi-site operational leadership
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to manage clients and teams
• Organised, commercially aware and comfortable being accountable for performance
• Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions

Salary: £37,000 Basic (OTE £45,000)
