This role is ideal for experienced SIA-licensed professionals who thrive in fast-paced nightlife environments and are committed to delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

As a Door Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and the venue while representing Bonnie Rogue’s with professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control customer entry and exit procedures
Conduct ID checks and enforce venue policies
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
Handle incidents and conflict situations professionally
Work closely with venue management and team members
Monitor crowd behaviour and support venue safety procedures
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism

Essential Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Previous experience within nightlife, bars, clubs, or hospitality venues preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

What We Offer

£13.50 per hour
Flexible shifts with a minimum of 2 nights per week
Up to 30 hours available
