Our Door Supervisors are more than security professionals – they’re an extension of the venue team, delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control customer entry and exit procedures
- Conduct ID checks and enforce venue policies
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
- Handle incidents and conflict situations professionally
- Work closely with venue management and team members
- Monitor crowd behaviour and support venue safety procedures
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Previous experience within nightlife, bars, clubs, or hospitality venues preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
What We Offer
